Return Policy

Returns + Exchanges

Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in saleable condition in its original packaging. Personalized and engraved items are not returnable.

To begin the return process, please email us at info@MosaicBrandsInc.com to receive a Return Authorization number (RA#) and return address.  All returns must include: 1. contact information (name, address, email, and telephone number), 2. order number, and 3. RA#.  Returns are processed within 7 business days of receipt.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed and credited to the original method of payment within 10 business days. Refunds will sometimes show up on the next credit card statement. Please be patient. If there are any issues, please contact us at info@MosaicBrandsInc.com or +1 (925) 322-8700. 

Restocking Fee

Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. 

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Shipping Returns + Exchanges

The company is not responsible for the cost to return an item. For items that were purchased under "free shipping", the cost of the shipping may be deducted from the refund amount. This shipping cost is a minimum of $3.00 per order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. The company is not responsible for lost returns.
